I am a developer of work. One of my first jobs consisted of the responsibility of looking over the defense administration’s cleaning. In the cleaning of barracks, a transition was made from dry brushing to wet mopping in all garrisons. The unevenly distributed workload of cleaners in different parts of Finland was scaled and cleaning areas were re-distributed. Cleaning was mechanized and modernized. 

With an over 30-year span of experience in work development, I want to help our clients improve their work productivity and to develop their operations by genuinely creating value to the client in the matters that are vital for their business. This creates joy of work for the client as well as for myself.

I believe, that even the most challenging problems are solvable, and that new methods are always possible to be constructed. I believe in continuous learning and the power of working together. This work is what I want to be doing until the end of my career.
